Komal earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Benedictine University and a Masters degree in Dietetics from Ball State University in Indiana.

She interned at Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Komal believes that a healthy lifestyle can be achieved by making wellness goals. She has the knowledge, training and experience to help you normalize your cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure and triglycerides. Whether you are pregnant, planning on getting pregnant or desiring a healthy lifestyle, Komal can help you attain your goals.

Special dietary needs such as diabetes in pregnancy, weight loss complicated by food allergies and medical problems are best managed by a nutritionist.

The Method

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
